Ingredients
  • 1 15-ounce can sliced peaches in 100% juice
  • 2 bananas
  • 1-inch ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 3 Tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 cups spinach
  • honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a blender, add the peaches, bananas, ginger, milk, hemp seeds, and spinach.
