Fall and winter are my favorite time of year because I love everything PUMPKIN! I’ve been eating Trader Joe’s Nonfat Pumpkin Greek Yogurt as a snack. It’s packed with protein and sweetness to satisfy a perfect afternoon craving. I’ve been adding Pumpkin Butter to my toast. I’ve been roasting pumpkin and eating it with my meals. And I’ve been making Pumpkin Smoothies for breakfast! (You can spice this smoothie up by adding some brandy to it IF you’re enjoying it on the weekend 🙂 ). Welcome to my pumpkin-smoothie love house.

  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground allspice
