Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 large bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup Galaxy Cloud Creamer
  • ¼ cup strawberries, chopped
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F Bake. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, bananas, almond butter, and Galaxy Cloud Creamer. Using an electric mixer, mix well to form a dough.
  3. Add in the strawberries and chocolate chips using a spoon to stir and combine.
  4. Form into 12 balls and place on the cookie sheet. Flatten each ball into a cookie shape.
  5. Bake for 11-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve.
