- 2 cups raw green apples, diced (1 ½ apples)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- 1 cup raisins
Heat an oven to 350°. Chop the apples.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix with a spoon.
