10 Awesome Egg Recipes Your Family Will Love

Eggs are a great source of protein and full of wonderful nutrients such as choline, which improves neurological functions and reduces inflammation. Egg yolks have lutein and zeaxanthin, two carotenoids which protect against vision loss. Some of my favorite farmer’s market experiences include buying eggs from local growers, Dave & Lori Lorenzo, where they personally tell you where the eggs come from and how the chickens are raised. I’m a huge fan of eggs because they are so versatile and can be used in many different dishes as the main attraction or a star guest. Here are 10 awesome egg recipes your family will love.

Yes – you read it right, egg on pizza. I originally had an egg over pizza back in 1999, in Madrid, Spain, and it was amazing back then.
