Delicious Healthy Menu & Recipes For A Fabulous Super Bowl Fiesta

Everyone is looking forward to a great game this Super Bowl Sunday! Getting together with family and friends for a fantastic fiesta full of fabulous food is what I’m all about. In order to keep those calories in check, I’m looking forward to this Delicious Healthy Menu & Recipes For A Fabulous Super Bowl Fiesta including my favorite dips, sides, and mains.

Appetizers:

Hummus_Veg_Total_Plate Hummus is a wonderful dip to have because you can eat it with any veggie you love from carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, and more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Spinach Dip Spinach Dip is always a fan favorite and this version is super low fat and has a ton of protein because I use Greek Yogurt for creaminess.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Final_Side 7-Layer Bean Dip is packed with protein and low in saturated fat. It includes my homemade Guacamole recipe, too! I even make marvelously fast homemade Tortilla Chips for the 7-layer bean dip!

 

 

 

 

Salad:

Cabbage_Salad Crunchy Ramen Cabbage Salad is a favorite among all the football fans. With only 10 ingredients, you can make this salad in 10 minutes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sides:

Burger_Kale_Chips_French_Fries Baked French Fries are easy to prep and fat free since they’re baked and you don’t need to use oil! Enjoy these tasty nibblers.

Kale Chips will provide extra tasty crunch to the menu while boosting your veggie intake so you’ll be full of vitamin C and fiber!

 

 

 

 

 

Entrée:

chili Chili is always a hit at parties and you can make it a couple days ahead so the flavors soak up even more!

Bistro Burgers can be made on the grill or in a George Foreman/Panini maker so you don’t have to leave the house and you can watch the game while cooking.

Remember: during the appetizer portion, stick to filling up your plate once and not just sitting in front of the dips. You’ll be more mindful of your intake and keep your portion control in check.
