- 1 avocado, ripe, pit and skin removed
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey or agave
- 1 tsp Moringa powder
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 5 Tbsp water
- 4 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Sea salt, to taste
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If the dressing is too thick, add more water by adding 1 Tablespoon at a time until your desired consistency is reached.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Serve over your favorite salad of choice.
