- 1 slice of bread
- ½ avocado, ripe
- 1 Tbsp Moringa powder
- ½ Roma tomato, sliced
- 1 egg, cooked to your choice
- Sprinkle of Tajin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toast the bread until golden brown.
- While the bread is toasting, scoop out the avocado and place in a small bowl.
