Red, White, and Bark
Get patriotic with this no-mess, festive Red, White, and Bark recipe!
This is a deliciously sweet treat for your 4th of July BBQ. Enjoy the explosion of flavor in your mouth along with the fireworks over your head.
- 1 11-ounce bag white chocolate chips
- ½ Tbsp coconut oil
- ½ cup unsalted whole almonds
- ⅓ cup freeze-dried raspberries
- ¼ cup dried blueberries
- Place parchment paper or wax paper over a large pan. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Place the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl. Place the bowl over the boiling water to melt the chocolate and oil. Stir every couple of minutes. Once melted, remove from heat. Stir in the almonds. Pour chocolate over parchment paper or wax paper and spread evenly. Sprinkle the raspberries and dried blueberries onto the chocolate. Let cool for at least 30 minutes. Using a large knife cut into pieces. Serve or store in an airtight container.
