Each June, we set aside one special Sunday to appreciate and honor father figures, and the special place they hold in our lives. This June is My Family’s First Father’s Day.

As you may already know, we had our first baby on 11/11/16, Baby Nico. After 5 years of fertility ups and downs, we were finally blessed with this little bundle of joy.

To celebrate My Family’s First Father’s Day, we are going to go down the California coast to Santa Cruz for a mini overnight get-away.

I’m looking forward to the trip with these 2 incredible men in my life where we can walk on the beach and watch the waves crash against the shore.

In addition to sharing this day with my husband and son, I want to give thanks and praise for all the men in my life: my Dad, Grandpa, Father-In-Law, Brother, Uncles, Cousins, Brother-In-Laws, Nephews, and Friends who have provided me with strength, guidance, and love.

Every day should be full of respect and gratitude for having people you can count on unselfishly be there for you. So many men fall into this category.
