3-Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Muffins

- 1 (18.25-ounce) box spice cake mix (any brand you like)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (¼ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp allspice, ¼ tsp ground nutmeg, ¼ tsp clove)
- 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl.
- Mix until all dry ingredients are moist.
- Line a muffin tin with paper muffin cup and fill each just over halfway full. Bake for about 18 minutes.
- Muffins are done if a toothpick comes out clean after being stuck in the middle.
- Cook for 2 minutes at a time after 18 minutes if muffins still aren’t done, checking with a toothpick.
