Ingredients
  • 1 slice of bread
  • ½ avocado, ripe
  • 1 Tbsp Moringa powder
  • ½ Roma tomato, sliced
  • 1 egg, cooked to your choice
  • Sprinkle of Tajin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Toast the bread until golden brown.
  2. While the bread is toasting, scoop out the avocado and place in a small bowl.
  3. Add Moringa, salt and pepper to the avocado and mash.
  4. Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto toast.
  5. Layer the sliced Roma tomatoes on top, followed by the cooked egg.
  6. Sprinkle Tajin over the assembled toast for a zesty kick.
