Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or lactose free yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 dates
  • 1 Tbsp Moringa powder
  • ½ Tbsp maca powder
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax meal powder
Instructions
