I love, love, love Doug’s Famous Grilled Barbecue Pork Ribs. The idea of using a grill can seem daunting, but grilling pork ribs is actually very easy. Cooking Slow and Low: Cooking ribs is an art. Doug has mastered it. His key tips were to us indirect heat when grilling the ribs where you cook the ribs on the cooler side of the grill away from the direct flames. You don’t want to overcook the ribs because they can easily dry out. Slow and low cooking on the grill easily traps in the flavors while keeping the ribs moist and juicy. Use a thermometer to make sure the internal temperature of the ribs are at 198°F to make sure they are completely cooked.
