  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pit removed, and diced
  • ½ cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 jalapeno, stem removed, deseeded, and finely chopped
  • ½ small red onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste
