Enjoying a drink, cocktail, or mocktail can be fun but loaded with sugar and unwanted calories. I reached out to fellow dietitians to share their healthy, no sugar-added specialty drinks. One of my favorite ways to make a refreshing spritzer is just adding fruit or herbs to a sparkling water. Check out these fun, fresh spritzers including a Blueberry Faux-jito.
