  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Place the mixing bowl in the freezer and freeze for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove from the freezer and add all the ingredients.
  3. Using an electric whisk on high, beat the ingredients to blend for about 5 minutes until you see white peaks. Do not over beat.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
