Ingredients
  • 12 ounces mixed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 ½ cups of crumble topping
  • Crumble Topping:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Melt the coconut oil so it’s in liquid form.

  2. Combine the crumble ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir.

  3. In a larger mixing bowl, combine the frozen berries, sugar, cornstarch, and ½ cup of the crumble and stir.

  4. In 4 ramekins (about 8-ounces big), add the berry mix.

  5. Top each ramekin with ¼ cup of the crumble. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is browned. Remove.

  6. Let the crumbles cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
