What you eat matters to your health. And there are definitely certain foods that are age-defying by improving cell growth and preventing cell damage. I’m always looking for natural ways to be “wrinkle free” and protect my skin. Food is a great tool for this so I developed 5 anti-aging smoothies to make your skin look younger and glow.

The smoothies include anti-aging nutrients such as Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Beta-Carotene, Omega-3s, and Polyphenols. In addition to this quick list of 5 anti-aging smoothies to make your skin look younger, I compiled a whole bunch of smoothies into my latest book: 25 Anti-Aging Smoothies for Revitalizing, Glowing Skin
Get the book and start to make more smoothies to enhance your skin and rejuvenate your soul.
